Getting Started

Iterion Explorer follows a three-step workflow to go from raw data to analyzed results.

Basic Workflow

  1. Register Compounds — Upload an SDF file containing compound structures. This creates the compound library that experiment data will be matched against.

  2. Upload Experiment Data — Upload XLSX files from CRO dose-response experiments. The system parses IC50 values, raw measurements, fits curves, and classifies results automatically.

  3. View and Analyze Results — Search for compounds to view their structures, IC50 comparisons, dose-response curves, and export data as CSV.
