Comparisons
The Comparisons page allows you to compare compounds across cell lines, assays, and IC50 sources using interactive scatter plots and filtering.
How to Use
- Navigate to Comparisons in the menu bar.
- Select the X-axis and Y-axis metrics (e.g., IC50 values from different cell lines or assays).
- Use filters to narrow down the data by cell line, assay, IC50 source (CRO or Calculated), or classification.
- Hover over data points on the scatter plot to see compound details.
Filters

| Assay | Filter by assay type (Reporter Assay, CTG) |
| IC50 Source | CRO-provided or Calculated values |
| Classification | ACTIVE, PARTIAL, INACTIVE, UNCERTAIN |
Scatter Plot
The scatter plot shows each compound as a data point, with the selected metrics on the X and Y axes. Points are color-coded by classification:
- ACTIVE — Green
- PARTIAL — Yellow
- INACTIVE — Dark gray
- UNCERTAIN — Blue
Exporting Data
Two export options are available:
- Download Filtered CSV — Exports all data points matching the current filters
- Download Selected CSV — Exports only the data points you've selected on the chart
